To shop on CHOOSEE it is best if you first create an account. Please click on “Create an Account” shown at the top. Next, complete the details requested. The items marked (*) are mandatory. The others are optional. Once you have completed the form please click on the button with Kanji at the bottom which is the confirm button.

 

If you prefer not to create an account, you can also simply shop and add your information later. But it is generally more efficient to first create an account.

 

On future visits to the CHOOSEE eneko site, please click on “Login” shown at the top next to “Create an Account”, and login before commencing shopping.

 

You can browse the site either by product category or by brand. The product categories are shown on the left and in the middle. The brands are shown near the top. For every product you would like to buy, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button situated by each product.

 

Each time you order a product, you will be shown the Shopping Cart. At anytime, you can change the quantity of each product you wish to order by entering the desired number in the “Purchase Quantity” column. You need to click on the “Update purchase quantity” button to see the changed purchase value for that product and the updated total shopping value.

 

You can empty your cart or continue shopping at any time simply by clicking on the appropriate button shown at the bottom. Once you have finished, please click on the “Checkout” button.

 

You will be asked whether you prefer to pay by cash on delivery or by credit card. If you choose to pay cash on delivery, there is a surcharge of Yen315 unless your shopping basket is valued over Yen5,250 including VAT, in which case the surcharge is waived.

 

Also, there is a delivery charge. This is waived if your shopping basket has a value of at least Yen 5,250 including VAT. For amounts below Yen5,250, the delivery rates vary between Yen 600 – 1,200 depending on where you live in Japan. You can review these by clicking on “Delivery Rates” located at the bottom of the website.

 

If you have created an account or are logged in, your details will automatically appear in this section. If you are a first time visitor and have not created an account you will need to enter your details here.

 

Next, you can double check that the delivery address is correct. If necessary, you can edit the delivery details by clicking on “Edit Delivery Details” on the right. You can also select a delivery schedule (day and time zone) to suit your needs.
